The reserves moved to the top of the table when they ground out a 2-1 victory at home to Redcastle. A Christy fildara efford gave them an early lead but redcastle equalised before half time. Despite having the majority of the possession glengad came up against a well marshalled defence but claimed all points with Paul Fildara finding the target with minutes remaining
